Using a homemade conductor for rolling the profile, you can make small grooves in the profile pipe - they are needed to strengthen the pipe.
To make this device, you will need a piece of a metal plate 6 mm thick, as well as two bearings with an inner diameter of 25 mm.
First of all, it is necessary to cut the plate into two identical parts - the base and the cover.
Bearings with a gap under the profile pipe 15 * 15 mm are installed on the base. The bearings must be covered with a cover.
The main stages of work
At the next stage, the author makes rollers for rolling a profile pipe from a piece of solid spring steel. In total, two pieces are required.
In the center of the base and cover of the fixture, it will be necessary to make slots into which the rollers for rolling the profile are then inserted.
To install the rollers on the platform, the master makes special fasteners for them, which are welded to the upper and lower parts of the homemade product.
After that, it remains only to weld a handle to the body. Its author makes of a hexagonal bar.
