To make a furnace for a cauldron is not a very laborious and not particularly expensive work. The master uses rims as the main material.
If you have a car, then finding wheels is not a problem. In extreme cases, they can be inexpensively bought at a metal receiver.
First of all, with the help of a grinder, the author cuts a hole in one of the rims in the central part.
Then we weld both disks together. Next, the author cuts off two strips and welds them crosswise to the second disk.
The main stages of work
At the next stage, you need to cut the door, having previously welded the hinge in the right place.
Further, the author cuts off three pieces of reinforcement and welds them to the lower automobile disk.
To the previously cut "core" of the rim, the master welds the pieces of the plate so that it does not fall into the furnace. This will be a universal stand for a kettle and a pan.
After that, the author makes two handles from a metal strip, and welds them on the sides of the furnace. So it will be much more convenient to transfer it from one place to another.
We burn the rims from the inside, then we clean them with a grinder and paint with a matte heat-resistant paint.
