From a regular plastic canister with a capacity of 10-20 liters, you can make a simple but useful device - it will come in handy to all car owners who independently service their car. A homemade oil supercharger is necessary for filling oil in the most inaccessible units of a car (box, razdatka, bridges).

The main stages of work

In the upper part of the canister, it is necessary to make a hole with a diameter of 10 mm - for this, you can use a steel bar of a suitable size, pre-heating it with a gas burner. In the resulting hole in the canister, you must insert the inside of the neck through the neck of the nipple from the tubeless rubber. We pull it out with pliers so that the nipple stands in the right position.

In the lid of the plastic canister, you need to drill or melt a hole with a diameter of 12 mm under the fitting adapter. First you need to insert a rubber gasket with the same hole 2 mm thick inside the lid. After installing the adapter, we put the steel washer cap on it from the inside, and then wind a plastic tube about 30 cm long. On the other side of the cap we also screw the same hose.

We bring homework to mind

The lid of the canister is installed in its place, and by the end of the tube it will be necessary to adapt a slewing crane into which a previously prepared copper tube is screwed. Here's an inexpensive, simple and compact oil pump supercharger for a car.

Pour the necessary amount of oil for filling into the plastic canister, pump up air (this can be done with the help of a compressor) and use the supercharger for its intended purpose. How to make this device, see the video on the site. Write in the comments what you think about this homemade product.
