With a welding machine in the house, everyone can make a chair from a profile pipe in an industrial style. First of all, using an angle grinder or a band saw, we cut the workpieces from the profile pipe.
The main stages of work
After you have prepared suitable-sized workpieces from the profile (at an angle of 45 and 90 degrees), they must be processed on a belt grinder. We remove burrs and trim the edges. Details need to be adjusted as accurately as possible - the chair should be not only simple, but also reliable.
Then we cut off a piece of leather for the seat and back (skin color is at your discretion, however, a light shade will work well with the profile pipes). After fitting, weld the chair frame.
