From a small grinder, you can make a universal sawing and cutting machine, which is useful in the home workshop. On it it will be possible to saw wooden bars, boards and other wood blanks, as well as metal products at an angle of 90 and 45 degrees. It is enough to put a suitable disk.
In addition to the angle grinder itself, this homemade product will require plywood boards and furniture rails, which are used for drawers.
Also required fasteners (bolts, screws, screws), two springs, door hinge. To fix the grinder - a clamp from a strip of sheet metal. First of all, cut a piece of plywood (or wooden board) with dimensions of 60x40 cm.
It will be used as the base for a cutting and sawing machine. We mark and drill four through holes for fastening two bars 12.5 cm long, on which furniture guides will be placed.
The main stages of work
We fasten furniture rails for drawers to the bars, on top - a piece of board or plywood 30x12.5 cm, on which the grinder will be placed. Next, we install a mechanism for returning the angle grinder to its original position - from a piece of plywood, a door hinge, and also two springs.
