Next, take the M12 bolt and round the hat on the emery. After that, we cut off another segment of a thick-walled pipe with a diameter of 32 mm, and drill a through hole in it with a drill with a diameter of 12 mm. You need to drill with a certain offset. At the ends we weld two nuts.
