From an old seat belt and a 5 liter plastic canister, you can make a simple tool belt with your own hands. For home use, such a belt is just right, and you do not need to spend money on purchased belts with bags.
Using such a home-made belt, the tools necessary for work (a hammer, screwdrivers and others) will always be at hand, which is very convenient.
First of all, it is necessary to cut off everything unnecessary from the seat belt. It is necessary to leave only the belt itself of the desired length and the latch. After that, all parts of the seat belt must be connected together.
The main stages of work
Next, you need to make three holes in the belt. The master does this with scissors, but it doesn’t work out very neatly. It’s easier to “hole” the belt with a soldering iron or a heated bolt (or just a piece of steel bar).
One of the holes in the belt must be reinforced with a metal washer. To do this, two holes must be drilled in the washer itself and then secured using a copper wire.
At the last stage, it remains only to cut out the “basket” from the plastic canister (it will be possible to put self-tapping screws, nails, a bolt with nuts, etc.) into it, and also attach three sections of the high-pressure pipe to the belt.
