Do you need to connect two pieces of a pipe made of thin metal (of tin) of the same diameter?
In fact, this is easy to do, but first you need to make one simple device.
First, cut off two pieces of the profile pipe. It is necessary to weld them at an angle of 90 degrees.
Next, the author cuts two segments of a steel round bar, welds them to a short section of a profile pipe.
After that, cut off two strips of metal and a piece of profile, weld them together. Between the strips we weld a piece of the profile pipe, and to it is a piece of bar.
Homemade manufacturing process
As a result, we got two parts of the device. It is necessary to connect them together with a bolt and nut, after having previously drilled holes of the desired diameter.
At the next stage, we clean the metal surface with a grinder with a petal circle, then we paint it with black matte paint.
Using the resulting tool, we truncate the diameter of one of the pipes at the end. After that, it is easy to insert it into another pipe.
