Leather mobile phone case

To make a leather case, we need:
• Leather (you can take pieces from an old jacket);
• Soft lining (felt or flannel);
• Thin satin ribbons of two colors of 0.5 meters;
• Thick tape for sheathing about 1 meter;
• Sewing machine;
• Velcro or magnet.
We measure the phone and make a pattern. The back should have a valve. Transfer the pattern to the skin and lining fabric. Cut out.
On the front part we impose pieces of ribbon, cut across the width, at first of the same color and sew on the typewriter, fixing them.
By the method of weaving, we stretch ribbons of a different color, cut to measure length.
We trim the upper part of the front with a slanting inlay or ribbon.
Sew Velcro to the front and to the lining of the valve.
We put together the lower parts and sew a thick ribbon around the edge.
This case is soft and comfortable. In it, the phone will not break or scratch. The teenager will cope with all the work. You can attach a ribbon or lace to the case. And you can come up with a variety of jewelry, you just need to include imagination. This can be an applique, beadwork or an attached beautiful brooch.
