The amount of ingredients is designed for 3 to 4 servings. For fritters, peel 600 g of potatoes, then grate it on a fine grater. To it add 1 grated onion and garlic passed through a press (2 - 3 cloves). In addition, add 1 tbsp. l wheat flour, 1 egg. Mix the salt and pepper to taste, mix well. It should have a thick consistency. Use your hands to form several fritters with a thickness of 0.5 - 1 cm. Fry in vegetable oil in a well-heated pan until half cooked.
Fatty pork meat (300 g) cut into small pieces and fry in a pan until cooked. Peel 1 large onion, cut into medium cubes, fry in the same oil on which the meat was fried.
Add 1 carrot, chopped in half rings, to the onion. Put it out until half ready.
Put prepared pancakes, meat and gravy from onions and carrots in layers in each pot. There should be pancakes on top. Add to the pots of 0.5 tbsp. l sour cream (thick) and 1 tbsp. l water. Simmer in the oven at 200 degrees until tender. After about 30 minutes, the pots can be removed. Put the finished pancakes on a plate and pour them 1 tbsp. l sour cream.
